Each of our nine bedrooms are named after the boats that you will see sailing on the waters around Cape Cod.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned with private bathrooms. To provide a relaxing stay there are no TVs in any of the rooms. Prices quoted are for double occupancy and include a European Buffet Breakfast. A 9.7% MA sales tax will be added to your final bill. Rates are subject to change, except when confirmed.
Gratuities for our staff are not included
The Little Inn will be open May 24, 2013 and closed after September 28, 2013
Check-In Time: 2:00PM (If you are arriving after 6:00pm, please advise us of your arrival time)
Check-Out Time: 11:00AM
Cancellation Policy: Notification in writing for all cancellations is required
If notified 30 days prior to the planned arrival your 50% deposit of the total room rate will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee. Full payment is expected if you choose to cancel or shorten your reservation within 30 days of arrival unless the room can be re-booked for the same period.
