Room Rates
Room rates are daily, for two people. Additional guests are $50 per person. The rates include full European breakfast, afternoon happy hour, daily housekeeping, concierge services, and complimentary use of kayaks, beach chairs, and lawn games. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks.
Room / Cape & Islands Water Tax
Room rates do not include:
- Massachusetts Lodging Tax of 11.7%
- Cape & Islands Water Tax of 2.75%
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations are confirmed immediately if booked online or when a deposit is received.
- All cancellations must be notified in writing. Deposits are refundable for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, less a $100 per room processing fee.
- Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
- Full payment for the entire stay is required if the reservation is canceled or shortened within 14 days of arrival.
We highly recommend Travel Protection or Trip Insurance for unforeseen circumstances that may result in having to cancel all or part of your reservation. Travel Protection is available through our booking partner as an option during our online reservation process; please note that this option requires 100% payment upfront. Alternatively, you can find many other insurance providers online. Here are a few examples:
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is between 2:00pm - 6:00pm. If you will be arriving after 6:00pm, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
Check-out time is 11:00am.
Children
We welcome children 10 years and older.
Pets
Sorry! Eloise, our sweet and funny white Labrador, is likely to bring you the morning newspaper or the occasional random shoe. But in the interest of minimizing doggo mayhem and preserving a peaceful sanctuary for everyone, we can't take additional furry friends. We can suggest a nearby kennel or pet sitter if needed.
